I believe that every party should be unique and original.
Over my 10 years professional activity as a lawyer and corporate counsel, sophrology helped me cope with stress and gave me tools to my own development. I then decided to train more intensively and to open my own practice to share this wonderful method and life philosophy with others hoping it would open them new and unknown possibilities as it did for me.
Sophrology helps me daily in all my interactions with myself, others and… while raising my 2 kids!…
More aware of my resources, I spend time hiking to reconnect to the beauty and power of the nature around and I am back on the roads, travelling around the world, discovering what is different and special as well as, sometimes, very universal…. Always a book on my side!
Sophrology is a self-development method combining breathing, gentle movements and visualisation gathered into dynamic relaxation techniques to bring body, heart and mind into harmony.
Guided by a trained Sophrologist, participants will learn to relax both physically and mentally, to respond more selectively to stressful events, and to be more aware of their inner resources, strengths and personal values.
Impacting on our emotional states, it also reduces sleep disorders, helps with burn out, depression, chronic illness, increase energy levels or vitality, improve concentration, restore self-confidence and self-esteem, prepare for future events.
Sophrology allows us to ground ourselves in the present, feel at peace with the past and face the future positively.
I more specifically warmly welcome bereaved (including following failed IVF, miscarriages, etc) and persons going through other major life changes (divorce, dismissal, etc) helping them, at their own path, to travel towards a better daily life in a meaningful way.
Simple and easy to learn, the exercises can be done anytime, anywhere, becoming part of the daily life.
I work in Bettembourg and in Luxembourg-City (on Thursdays) tailoring the method to suit individual or group (companies/institutions) needs.
